INTERNAL MARKETING

Values on display.

When we heard that our local fire department was looking to do some internal marketing to boost awareness of their core values, we jumped onboard to help. The project became a series of posters focused on Plano Fire-Rescue's "10 Core Qualities." The final posters were hung in engine bays and living areas in 14 Plano fire stations.

We integrated the qualities and their definitions intro a bold contrasting design that made use of archive photography –  capturing the spirit of both the 10 Core Qualities and the first responders who live by them. To make the pieces "next level" the posters were printed on a brushed aluminum substrate, giving them an almost indestructible appearance.
