The Project
In answer to the changes happening in the world of retail and b2c marketing, the JSDesigns team created a video promotional piece. The primary goal of the video is to explain the benefits of engaging a smaller, more agile agency to assist in the transition to the coming "new normal."

The Script
Hi, we’re JSDesigns.
Don’t worry, we’re not going to make you sit through another “We’re all in this together” video – but yea, we are, and it’s a lot to process.
There’s a new normal setting in, and it’s changing the way we live, work, and play.
That makes selecting the right agency partner for your business more important than ever.
Consumers are rethinking the way they explore and discover new products and services and we suspect the American retail experience is going to look very different in a year or two.
That means a lot to all of us – as shoppers and as people.
But what does it mean for us – as business owners and marketing professionals?
Well… we have to rethink… just about everything.
The customers are still out there, but more and more each day, they’re listening in different ways. That means we have to reach out in different ways in order to continue engaging.
I know, that brings up sooo many questions.
- The crowds are gone, so how do I reach my customers?
- If I redefine how I engage with them, should I adjust my message?
- How do we fit into this new world – without breaking the bank?
It’s time to sharpen your aim.
Take a fresh look at your marketing plan and identify the methods and materials that benefited you most this time last year – then determine if and how you can modify those to work within the new “socially distant” consumerism.
Look at your messaging. Could your website use a retool to better meet new customer expectations? Should you expand your digital marketing efforts? Are there more fruitful ways to leverage your customer data?
I know I’m preaching to the choir for a lot of you, but there’s a lot to consider.
Unless you do your own marketing, a big part of all this will be selecting the right partner for the job.
You’re going to want to find an agency who brings a balance of affordability, service, and experience to the table.
