Lennox needed a tool that their field technicians and store employees could use to easily reference part numbers of their most commonly restocked parts, supplies & equipment. Their original RFP described a printed Resource Catalog that could be downloaded as a searchable PDF. Based on a detailed discovery with Lennox, we advised them that an online solution would be a more user-friendly, evergreen approach to their needs. In the end, we produced three versions – digital, downloadable and print, along with launch and support material.
The final catalog was produced in both U.S. and Canadian versions. The larger, U.S. version (125 pages print) included more than 2000 SKUs from 18 product categories within the Lennox inventory. It integrated manufacturer, and internal program advertising & marketing, and a North American store index. It is available as a mobile-friendly website, a printable interactive download, and in print via an on-demand order system we helped Lennox to implement.
In support of the new Catalog, we created launch collateral including an in-store flyer, counter mat and email announcement.
