When Downtime Is Not an Option
The Lennox Commercial team asked us to help them create a campaign and program style guide for the relaunch of their Emergency Replacement program. Several years prior, they had entered the market without the knowledge or funding necessary to be competitive. With new funding, the addition of a dedicated production facility, and expanded training and infrastructure, they were ready to jump back in.
Supporting their .com launch, the effort would kick off with a print and digital advertising campaign augmented by direct mail, collateral development, and a launch kit sent to premier dealers across the country. The ongoing program would be supported by a style guide providing both campaign and program brand standards to the team and its contacts.
