RETAIL REBRAND

A long overdue overhaul.

Lennox embarked on a corporate rebrand just before the COVID pandemic. Needless to say, many of the elements bullet listed as a part of that process were put on hold until the market – and budgets – recovered. As retail traffic returned and eventually normalized, Lennox asked us to help them reboot the in-store portion of their rebrand.

With nearly 10 year old signage and wayfinding in most of their 240 US and Canadian stores – the goal was not only to bring the stores into compliance with the new brand, but to make better use of the signage opportunities available. Shifting from a single section or product focus where practical, we leveraged cross-sell and up-sell opportunities by focusing on a job-based approach. Verbiage and graphics including related product information and next-steps reminders designed to increase order size and help the dealer-customers be more efficient with their time.

Before / 2015

Program-related signage and marketing materials were also a pert of the revamp. Rotating window clings and cash-register signage reminded customers of the educational and service-related benefits available to all Lennox dealers.
